Meditation - Can I Really Do That?
  How can I possibly sit still long enough and not think of anything?   I have heard this before and I probably thought it myself. How can I possibly clear my mind when I have so many things to do?   I’ll just start by saying there are many forms of meditation. Each type may or may not resonate with you.   The first form of meditation I started with was guided meditation. Instead of clearing my mind of all thoughts I just listen and follow along to the voice of the person leading the meditation. Sometimes it would take me on a journey or adventure but it always lead me to me. The words were my guide and I filled in the details. Creating my own story of me.
